Group planning, without the group chat

From "we should hang out" to "see you Saturday at 7."

HangWith turns the endless back and forth of group plans into one fair, private vote. Propose a few times and places, let everyone rank what works, and the best option wins. No chaos. No loudest voice deciding for everyone.

Coming to iOS and Android. Invite only, always private.

The problem

Planning a hangout should not take a week.

For busy friend groups spread across a city, every plan follows the same predictable spiral. Most of the time, nothing happens at all.

1Someone texts the group: "Want to do something this weekend?"
2Five people reply with five different preferences.
3Three people never respond at all.
4Someone picks a time. Two people cannot make it.
5Someone picks a place. Three people do not like it.
6The conversation dies. Nothing happens.
The HangWith way

One vote. Everyone heard. The best plan wins.

Instead of a thread that fizzles out, a HangWith plan gathers everyone's real preferences and resolves them fairly. Hidden, ranked votes mean no peer pressure and no bandwagons. When the deadline hits, the option that works for the most people simply wins.

"Everyone's preferences heard, no peer pressure, and no group chat chaos."

How it works

A plan, from idea to "see you there," in four steps.

HangWith calls each plan a Hang. Here is the full loop, start to finish.

Step 1

Propose options

Add a few day and time choices, plus a few activity and place choices. Every place is pinned on the map.

Step 2

Invite your friends

Pick individuals or a saved group. HangWith is invite only, so your circles stay private and real.

Step 3

Everyone ranks

Friends RSVP and drag options into their order of preference. Votes stay hidden until the deadline.

Step 4

The plan is decided

At the deadline the winner is announced to everyone. Add it to your calendar and get directions in a tap.

Why it works

Built to be fair by default.

Every detail is designed so the option that works best for the most people is the one that wins.

Ranked choice voting

The only app that ranks both when and what in one vote. Drag to order what works, mark what does not, and let the algorithm find the best fit.

Hidden votes

No one sees how anyone voted until the deadline. That removes peer pressure and bandwagoning, so people vote honestly.

Invite only

No public profiles, no discovery, no join links. Friend requests are approved both ways. Your groups are real friendships.

No messaging, ever

HangWith is for planning, not chatting. There is no group chat to mute, no threads to scroll. Just the decision, made cleanly.

Calendar and directions

The moment a plan is decided, export it to Apple or Google Calendar and open turn by turn directions to the venue.

Down for anything

Easygoing friends tap once to say yes with equal weight to every option. No ranking required, no plan stalled waiting on them.
